Backup failed as the trial period for the BDRShield Backup Server has expired

Issue
The backup process has failed due to the expiration of the trial period for the BDR Backup Server.
Cause:
The default trial period for a newly installed backup server is 30 days. When this trial period expires, subsequent backups will fail with the following error.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the "Management" tab in the BDR Backup Server and click on the "License" menu.
Step 2: On the "License Management" page, click the "Register with Vembu Portal" button. Provide the email address and password associated with your Vembu Portal account, then click "Register."
Note: If you don't have a Vembu Portal account, proceed to Step 3, Step 4, and Step 5.
Step 3: Click on the "Sign up" link, which will take you to the Vembu Portal signup page.
Step 4: Fill in all the required details on the Vembu Portal signup page and click "Sign up."
Note: After completing this step, you will receive an account registration email. Click on the link provided in the email and set your password to access your Vembu Portal account.
Step 5: After successfully creating your Vembu Portal account, return to Step 2 and proceed with the registration process.
Step 6: After registering your BDR Backup Server with your Vembu Portal account, purchase and assign the necessary license units through the Vembu Portal.
Step 7: Once the licenses are assigned, go to the "Backups" tab and select "List Backup Jobs." Attempt to run the incremental or full backups again.
By following these steps, you can resolve the backup failure issue caused by the expiration of the trial period for the BDR Backup Server.
