No Virtual Machines are Listed for Backup in BDRSuite for Hyper-V

Cause:
This error occurs when attempting to configure a backup from a Hyper-V host that does not have any virtual machines.
More Information:
If you encounter this error in Vembu BDR while trying to perform a Hyper-V backup, please follow these steps:
  1. Open the Hyper-V manager on the corresponding host.
  2. Verify whether any virtual machines are created on that host.
    1. If no virtual machines exist, create one or more virtual machines to proceed with the backup configuration.
    2. If virtual machines are present on the host but not listed on the Hyper-V backup page in BDRSuite Backup Server, please open a support case for further assistance.
