VMware Module Exception - Failed with BDRShield

Issue:
Encountering the error message: "Failed with VMware Module Exception."
Cause:
VMware backup/replication jobs configured under BDRShield v3.6 may fail with the specified error due to the following reasons:
- The datacenter name under the configured vCenter contains special characters.
- The name of the configured virtual machine includes special characters.
Solution:
The identified issue in BDRShield v3.6 has been addressed and fixed in the subsequent update release of BDRShield. To resolve the problem, follow the steps below:
1. Upgrade BDRShield: Upgrade your BDRShield to the latest version available.
2. Reconfigure Backup/Replication Job: After upgrading BDRShield, reconfigure the backup/replication job afresh.
3. Check for Special Characters:
- Ensure that the datacenter name under the configured vCenter and the virtual machine name do not contain special characters.
- Log Location: BDRShield installation directory - "C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuBDR\log\Backup name"
