This issue occurs when the client cannot communicate with the Server Proxy due to one or more of the following reasons:
No active network or internet connectivity on the client machine
The Server Proxy service is stopped or unreachable
Incorrect Server Proxy IP address or hostname configuration
Required communication ports are blocked by a firewall or security policy
Temporary service or network interruption affecting the Server
Verify Network Connectivity
Ensure the client machine has active network or internet access.
Test connectivity by pinging a known internal or external address.
Check Server Proxy Service Status
Confirm that the Server Proxy service is running on the server.
Restart the service if it is stopped or unresponsive.
Validate Server Proxy Configuration
Verify that the configured Server Proxy IP address or hostname is correct.
Ensure there are no typos or outdated entries in the configuration.
Confirm Port Accessibility
Check that all required communication ports are open on both the client and server.
Review firewall, antivirus, or security appliance rules that may be blocking traffic.
Retry the Connection
After completing the above steps, retry the operation from the client machine.
