MAPI Initialization Failed

Cause:
The error "MAPI initialization failed" occurs when the 'MSPST MS' service is not configured.
Solution:
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
1. Create a New User: Create a new user with sufficient rights through Active Directory Users and Computers.
2. Assign Full Mailbox AccessAssign "Full Mailbox Access" permission to the new user.
3. Configure BDRShield Service: 
  1. Use the new account with full mailbox rights as the BDRShield Client service's logon account.
  2. Restart the BDRShield Client service.
  3. Specify the display name of this account, and if using Windows Server 2008, specify the global catalog server name in the configuration page. Access the configuration page by clicking the link shown at the bottom of the tree view section.
4. Add 'MSPST MS' Service: Modify the MAPISVC.INF file to add the 'MSPST MS' service.
Note: The steps mentioned above (1-3) should resolve the issue in listing profiles. However, adding the 'MSPST MS' service to the MAPISVC.INF file is necessary for successfully backing up Exchange user mailboxes.
