How to Reset the Password for BDRCloud Client

Challenge:
To reset the password for BDRShield Cloud Client.
Solution:
If you have forgotten the password to log in to the BDRCloud Client web console, follow these steps:
1. Open the BDRCloud Client web console on the problematic machine.
2. Locate the "Forgot Password" option on the login page and click on it.
3. A link to reset the password will be sent to the registered email address associated with the account.
4. Access your email and click on the received link to reset the password.
If you are unable to see the "Forgot Password" option, it may be due to running an older version of the client. To resolve this:
1. Update your BDRCloud Client to the latest version.
2. After the update, you will find the "Forgot Password" option on the login page.
