Challenge:
Restoring data from the BDRCloud server.
Solution:
To successfully restore data from the BDRCloud server, follow these steps:
1. Login to your Online Backup Account: 
​Access your BDRCloud account using your credentials.
2. Select the Backup:
  1. Navigate to the list of clients and locate the specific backup you wish to restore.
  2. Expand the backup details.
3. Initiate Download:
  1. Within the backup details, identify and click on the download icon.
  2. This action initiates the download process, bundling the files into a single ZIP archive.
4. Download ZIP File:
  1. Once the ZIP file is successfully created, access your Online Backup console's restore report page.
  2. Download the ZIP file directly from the restore report page.
