This patch update is only applicable for the BDRShield Backup Server running on v5.5.0. To install the patch, ensure that you are running BDRShield Backup Server v5.5.0.

Retention hang issue that can potentially disrupt backup schedules in rare cases.

Download Patch Update

1. Click on the link to download the patch for Windows BDRShield Backup Server v5.5.0
   
2. Once the patch is downloaded, run the installer on top of the existing BDRShield Backup Server v5.5.0 installation.
   

Note: This patch is specific to BDRShield v5.5.0, and is not applicable to other versions.
