Troubleshooting: 'Download as PST' Failure with BDRShield Service Running as Local System Account

Cause:
The 'Download as PST' restore process fails when the BDRShield Service for Microsoft 365 is configured to run under the Local System account.
Solution:
To prevent restore failures, you must configure the BDRShield Service to run using an account that has administrative privileges. Follow these steps to change the logon account from a local system account to an account with administrative privileges:
1. On the BDRShield Server (Windows), press the 'Win + R' keys on your keyboard to open the 'Run' window. Then, type 'services.msc' and click OK.
2. Right-click on the "BDRShield Service - BDRShield Backup Server Microsoft 365" and select "Properties."
3. Navigate to the "Logon" tab and choose the "This account" radio button.
4. Specify the credentials (Username and Password) for an account with administrative privileges and click OK.
5. Restart the service to apply the new logon details.
