PST Files Unavailable for Backup Error - MS_Outlook

Issue:
Encountering an error message - "There are no PST files available for backup" in MS_Outlook while using BDRShield Backup Server and BDRShield Client. BDRShield may operate under a user account that lacks Outlook profiles.
Solution:To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
1. Change Logon Account: Change the logon account for BDRShield to an active user that possesses an Outlook profile for backup.
2. Restart: After changing the logon account, restart BDRShield
Ensure that the selected logon account has the necessary Outlook profiles to enable successful backup. This adjustment should rectify the error related to the unavailability of PST files for backup in MS_Outlook.
