Download as PST Failed Due to BDRShield Service Running in Local System Account

Cause:
The 'Download as PST' restore operation failed because the BDRShield Service for Google Workspace is running under the Local System account.
Solution:
To prevent restore failures, the BDRShield Service logon account must be configured with administrative privileges. Follow these steps to change the logon account from a local system account to one with administrative privileges:
1. On the BDRShield Server (Windows), press the 'Win + R' keys to open the 'Run' window.
2. Type 'services.msc' and click OK.
3. Right-click on the "BDRShield Service - BDRShield Backup Server Google Workspace" and select "Properties."
4. Go to the "Logon" tab and choose the radio button labeled "This account."
5. Provide the credentials (Username and Password) for an account with administrative privileges and click OK.
6. Restart the service to apply the new logon details.
