Issue:
Portal connectivity failure is encountered when the BDRShield Backup Server (Backup Server or Offsite DR Server) fails to establish a connection with your BDRShield Portal account for a continuous period of 30 days.
Cause:

Solution:
To restore portal connectivity and reactivate the BDR (Backup and Disaster Recovery) functionality, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Management Menu on the BDRShield Server (BDR Server/Offsite DR Server).
Step 2: Within the Management Menu, select the License tab.
Step 3: You will be directed to the License Management page.
Step 4: Click the "Run License Check" button.
Step 5: Verify the status of the "Last Connection with BDRShield Portal" on the same page to ensure it has been recently updated.
By performing these steps, you can rectify portal connectivity issues, ensuring the seamless operation of your Backup and Disaster Recovery Server.
