How to Purchase and Associate a New License with BDRShield Backup Server in BDRShield Portal

Procedure: How to Purchase and Associate a New License
1. Access BDRShield Portal:
Go to the BDRShield Portal using the URL: https://portal.vembu.com/](https://portal.vembu.com/

2. Login or Sign Up:
  1. Click on the "Sign up" button if you are a new user.
  2. Click on the "Login" button if you are an existing user.

3. Verification for New Users:
  1. For new users, verify your account through the verification mail sent to your registered email.
  2. Create a new password in the registered mail account.
4. Update Billing Information:
  1. Navigate to “Billing -> Update Billing” to update billing information.

  1. Edit the ‘Billing Address’ and ‘Card Information’ if necessary.
  2. After updating the information, click "Save."
5. Purchase Licenses:
  1. Visit the "Buy" page to purchase different BDRShield products and add portal credits to your account.
  2. Choose the required license and click ‘Proceed to Update Billing info and Pay’.
  3. After updating the number of required licenses, choose "Pay using existing credit card information or Purchase using portal credits."

6. Check Purchase Summary:
Verify the purchased information on the ‘Purchase Summary’ page.

7. Complete the Purchase:
Click the "Purchase" button to proceed with the transaction.

8. View Purchased Information:
After a successful purchase, view the purchased information on the portal.
