To backup your VMware VMs using BDRShield:

1. Install BDRShield Backup Server

2. Create a backup repository to store VMware backups

3. Add your VMware ESXi or vCenter Server as Backup Source

4. Configure backup jobs by selecting the VMs you want to backup

5. Set the backup schedule, encryption, and retention policies

6. Save the backup job
